Re-Enrollment Faculty Confirmation Form


The Office of Academic Support is requesting that you complete this form on behalf of your advisee that is applying for re-enrollment. The intention of this form is to confirm the major department's support for the student's plans to complete the major and degree requirements following their return to the College. We appreciate your partnership in the success of your advisee and request that the form be completed by no later than April 1 (for students applying to re-enroll in the fall semester) or by November 1 (for students applying to re-enroll in the spring semester).
Have you discussed with the student their academic plans for the semester after their return and the remainder of their time at Bryn Mawr?
Do you support/recommend the student's re-enrollment at Bryn Mawr and return to the major?
