Thank you for your interest in participating in an upcoming Leadership Learning Laboratory (LLL) as a Developmental Coach.  The Leadership Learning Laboratory is provides students with an opportunity to get concrete, honest feedback that highlights their strengths and areas for development.  Career & Civic Engagement is grateful for the involvement of alumnae/i, industry professionals, community partners, graduate students, faculty and staff who volunteer their time and talents in this role.

Developmental Coaches spend the day observing a series of exercises, completing brief evaluation forms, and discussing students' performance (with fellow coaches--not with the students).  Coaches begin their day at 9:30 AM, and they are done by 5:00 PM. Training, all facilitation materials, and breakfast and lunch on the day of the LLL are all provided!
