Microaggression Reporting and Response Team for the Department of Mathematics

The Department of Mathematics is committed to making its classrooms and departmental forums equitable and inclusive. We are piloting this program to raise awareness and decrease the incidence of microaggressions.

The Microaggression Response Team will review all submissions.

We hope that this program will lead to and support ongoing dialogue about how to create inclusive and equitable spaces and practices for learning.

Department meeting discussion to raise awareness of and to decrease the incidence of microaggressions;
A confidential meeting with the Microaggression Response Team in order to share more about the experience, the harms done, and ways to redress those situations.
